Tour Plan

Welcome to Marrakech, Morocco.
Bursting with life and color, this enchanting city offers endless sights, sounds, and flavors to discover. Since your itinerary allows only a short stay here, we recommend arriving a day or two earlier to fully soak in its atmosphere.

Your journey kicks off with a welcome meeting.
Afterwards, take the opportunity to wander through the vibrant Jamaa el-Fna one of the world’s most dynamic squares and the beating heart of Marrakech.

After breakfast, meet your local guide and embark on a morning exploration of Marrakech’s Old Medina and its lively souks. Wander through courtyards perfumed with orange blossom and admire the elegant rooms and pavilions of the Bahia Palace, a 19th-century masterpiece built for a former slave who rose to prominence in the royal court. Continue to the Koutoubia Mosque, whose striking minaret inspired others around the world, including Seville’s famous La Giralda. Return to Jamaa el-Fna for a refreshing glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice, then enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You might browse the colorful bazaars, stroll through the lush Majorelle Garden once owned by painter Jacques Majorelle and later Yves Saint Laurent, or explore the atmospheric ruins of the once-magnificent Badi Palace.

Visit the Kasbah Amridil, one of Morocco’s best-preserved examples of traditional southern architecture, before following the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs toward Kalaat M’Gouna, famous for its roses and rose products.
As the road begins to climb, you’ll enter the Dades Valley, known for its dramatic red cliffs, fertile fields, and traditional Berber homes clinging to the mountainsides. After breakfast, leave the Dades Valley and drive toward one of Morocco’s most spectacular natural wonders — the Todra Gorge.

Continue through Tinejdad and Erfoud, known for its date palms and fossil workshops, before reaching Merzouga, the gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes — the golden heart of the Moroccan Sahara.
On arrival, transfer to your desert camp by camel ride or 4x4 as the sun begins to set over the dunes. Enjoy a traditional dinner under a sky full of stars, with Berber drumming and storytelling around the campfire.

Wake up to the calm beauty of the Sahara and enjoy breakfast at the camp or riad. Then set off in a 4x4 vehicle for a full day of exploration around the Erg Chebbi dunes and surrounding villages.
Your first stop is Khamlia village, home to the Gnawa people, descendants of sub-Saharan Africans brought to Morocco centuries ago. Enjoy a traditional music performance — hypnotic rhythms played on drums and metal castanets that tell stories of freedom and spirit.
Continue your off-road journey across the desert plains to meet nomadic Berber families who live in goat-hair tents, moving seasonally in search of grazing land. Share mint tea with them and learn about their daily life and traditions.
Then drive through desert plateaus, fossil fields, and oases, passing by old mines once worked by the French. Return to your riad or camp by late afternoon. Enjoy sunset over the dunes and a peaceful evening under the stars.

Continue through the dramatic landscapes of Alnif and Tazzarine, where rocky desert plateaus meet scattered oases and small Berber villages. The scenery gradually changes as you approach the Draa Valley, famous for its endless palm groves and ancient mud-brick fortresses.
Arrive in Agdz by late afternoon — a peaceful town nestled at the foot of the Jbel Kissane mountain. Check into Kasbah Hnini, a beautifully restored traditional kasbah offering a warm welcome and panoramic views of the valley.
Relax by the pool or enjoy a walk through the surrounding date palm gardens before dinner.

Continue toward Taliouine, Morocco’s saffron capital, where fields of crocus bloom in autumn. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant and learn about the traditional process of harvesting saffron, known as “red gold.” In the afternoon, the road winds through Taroudant, often called the “Little Marrakech” for its red walls and bustling souks. Take a short stroll through its medina if time allows before continuing toward the Atlantic coast.
Arrive in Agadir by early evening — a modern coastal city known for its long sandy beach, palm-lined promenade, and relaxing seaside atmosphere. Settle into your hotel and enjoy the ocean view

Wake up to the refreshing ocean breeze of Morocco’s Atlantic coast and enjoy a relaxed breakfast overlooking the beach. Today is dedicated to discovering the modern yet laid-back charm of Agadir.
Begin with a walk along the seaside promenade, where cafés, surfers, and fishermen bring the coastline to life. Continue to the Kasbah of Agadir Oufella, perched high above the city — the ruins of the old town destroyed in the 1960 earthquake. From here, enjoy sweeping views over the bay, the marina, and the long golden beach.
Next, head to Souk El Had, one of Morocco’s largest and most colorful markets. Wander through its lively alleys filled with spices, local crafts, woven carpets, and aromatic argan oil.
After lunch, visit the Coco Polizzi Medina, a charming reconstruction of traditional Berber architecture showcasing local artisans at work. You may also stop by Crocoparc, a unique botanical garden home to hundreds of Nile crocodiles, or relax at one of Agadir’s beach clubs.
In the evening, enjoy a fresh seafood dinner at the marina while watching the sun set over the Atlantic — a perfect way to end your Moroccan adventure.

After breakfast, leave Agadir and follow the stunning Atlantic coastline north toward Essaouira, one of Morocco’s most charming coastal towns. The drive takes about 3 to 4 hours, passing small fishing villages, argan tree groves, and panoramic ocean
views.
Along the way, stop near Tamri or Imsouane, famous for their cliffs and surf spots, where you can watch local fishermen pulling in their catch or surfers riding the waves. You’ll also pass through argan oil cooperatives, where Berber women demonstrate traditional oil extraction methods — a great opportunity to taste or buy authentic argan products.
Arrive in Essaouira by the afternoon. Check into your riad inside the medina and enjoy your first walk through its UNESCO-listed old town — a maze of whitewashed walls, blue doors, art galleries, and seafood stalls by the port.
End the day with a sunset stroll along the Skala de la Kasbah, where the Atlantic waves crash against the ramparts.

Wake up to the sound of seagulls and ocean breeze in the relaxed coastal town of Essaouira, known for its artistic soul and vibrant port life.
Start your morning with a guided walk through the UNESCO-listed medina, a harmonious blend of Moroccan and European architecture. Stroll along the Skala de la Ville, where cannons line the sea walls, and visit artisan workshops that craft
exquisite thuya wood products and silver jewelry.
Wander through the colorful fishing port, where blue boats bob in the water and fishermen sell the day’s fresh catch. Enjoy lunch at a seaside grill — nothing beats the taste of freshly grilled sardines or calamari by the ocean.
In the afternoon, venture beyond the city to explore the surrounding region. Visit an argan oil cooperative, where local Berber women produce Morocco’s “liquid gold” by hand. Continue to Sidi Kaouki, a tranquil beach village popular with surfers and camel riders, perfect for a relaxing walk along the sand dunes.
Return to Essaouira by evening. Enjoy your final night with live Gnawa music in one of the medina’s cozy cafés, or savor a sunset drink overlooking the ramparts and the crashing Atlantic waves.
